IBPS Photo and Signature Resizer (200×230 & 140×60)

IBPS application forms reject photos and signatures that are the wrong size. This tool crops and resizes your photo to 200 × 230 pixels and your signature to 140 × 60 pixels, then keeps each file inside the size range IBPS asks for. Upload, check the preview, and download two JPG files ready for the form.

These values appear in IBPS document-upload guidelines for 2025–2026 recruitments. A few notifications differ (for example, one 2025 notice asked for a 5–15 KB signature), so always check the guidelines PDF of the exact recruitment you are applying for and change the boxes above if needed.

How to resize your IBPS photo and signature

  • Take a recent colour photo against a light, preferably white, background, looking straight at the camera.
  • Upload it in the Photograph box. The tool crops it to the 200 × 230 shape and keeps it between 20 and 50 KB.
  • Sign on white paper with a black ink pen, photograph or scan it, and upload it in the Signature box.
  • Check both previews, download the files, and upload them on the IBPS form.

Photo rules to remember

  • Caps, hats and dark glasses are not accepted; religious headwear is allowed if it does not cover the face.
  • If you wear glasses, make sure there is no reflection and your eyes are clearly visible.
  • Avoid harsh shadows and red-eye. Stand in shade or with the sun behind you.
  • Many IBPS forms also ask you to capture a live photo on the day of registration, in addition to the uploaded photo.

Signature rules to remember

  • Sign on white paper with a black ink pen.
  • A signature written in CAPITAL LETTERS is not accepted.
  • Your signature is printed on the call letter and attendance sheet; if it does not match your signature at the exam, you may be disqualified.

Why use this tool

Phone cameras produce photos of several megabytes and odd shapes. Getting both the pixel size and the KB range right by hand usually takes a few tries in different apps. Here it is one step, it works on mobile, and nothing is uploaded to a server.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the IBPS photo size in pixels and KB?

IBPS guidelines ask for a photograph of 200 × 230 pixels (preferred) with a file size between 20 KB and 50 KB, in JPG/JPEG format.

What is the IBPS signature size?

The signature should be 140 × 60 pixels (preferred) with a file size between 10 KB and 20 KB, signed with a black ink pen on white paper.

Does this work for SBI and RBI forms too?

Many bank recruitment forms use similar sizes, but rules can differ. Check the official notification and edit the width, height and KB boxes to match.

My file is smaller than the minimum KB. What does the tool do?

Small images like a 140 × 60 signature can come out under the minimum even at the highest quality. The tool then adds harmless comment data inside the JPG so the file reaches the allowed range without changing how the image looks.

Are my photo and signature uploaded anywhere?

No. Resizing and compression happen inside your browser. Your files never leave your device.

Will my face be cut off when cropping?

The tool crops from the centre to fit the 200 × 230 shape. For best results, upload a photo where your face and shoulders are centred.
