UK Passport Photo Resizer (600×750 px minimum, 35×45 mm)
HM Passport Office asks for a digital photo at least 600 pixels wide and 750 pixels tall, between 50 KB and 10 MB. Printed photos must be 45 mm high by 35 mm wide. This tool crops your photo to that 35 × 45 shape, resizes it to 900 × 1125 pixels, and keeps the JPG above 50 KB.

When to use this tool
Use it when you already have a good photo and need it in the right shape and size, for example for a UK visa portal, an employer ID, or a form that asks for a 35 × 45 mm photo. If you take the photo inside the GOV.UK passport application, upload the original instead: that service does its own cropping.
